Fasting & Cleansing

Here are a few good recommendation when fasting to cleanse more effectively.

To support a fast it is important to use high quality herbs. Fasting is great but doesn’t get rid of
fungus, bacterias, candida & other creature accumulated in the course of a life time from
eating poorly. As a result, when you go off the fast, the craving will return (or just never stop)
because what craves in you are those bad guys.

Also, to fully release the emotions stored in the body, here are two powerful cleanse (links) I would
recommend in this order:

Intestinal cleanse (help with releasing sadness & tons of garbage!)

Liver flush (help with releasing anger & heals hundreds of symptoms caused by liver dysfunctions)

Last but  not least make sure when going off the fast to eat very clean and light for at least
