The Breath of Inner Evolution
Our kriya yoga practices guide you on a journey to inner peace and physical vitality with the timeless, as proven processes for spiritual awakening
“Kriyā Yoga is the true fire rite of the Gītā—where all desires are offered into the flame of divine love, and man becomes pure of dross.” Paramahansa Yogananda
Through Kriyā Yoga, practitioners rediscover the eternal connection with the divine—experiencing the rhythm of the breath and all of creation as the infinite pulse of consciousness itself.
Experience

Kriya Yoga is a traditional system of yogic practice that uses specific breathing techniques, mantras, and energy-focused exercises to support spiritual growth and mental clarity.
Revived in the 19th century by Mahavatar Babaji and taught widely by Lahiri Mahasaya and Paramahansa Yogananda, it became known internationally through Autobiography of a Yogi.
At its core, Kriya Yoga works with prāṇa, the body’s life force.
By directing this energy through the spine using structured pranayama, practitioners calm the mind, improve focus, and strengthen their inner awareness. The practice is grounded in three principles from the Yoga Sutras: self-discipline, self-study, and surrender to a higher intelligence.
Rather than relying on belief or philosophy alone, Kriya Yoga offers a practical method to deepen meditation, reduce stress, and support long-term inner development.
