What is Trika Yoga?

Trika Yoga does not teach you anything new. It leads you back to the remembrance of who you already are: the infinite, divine Consciousness appearing as this entire cosmos. When this recognition becomes clear, suffering loses its ground, and life unfolds in joy, and freedom.

Trika Yoga, rooted in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, is a practical nondual path that teaches you to recognize your own awareness as the source of lasting freedom and clarity.
